Shipping Policy
Order Processing All orders are processed within 3 business days of receiving payment. Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Carrier All orders are shipped via DHL with full tracking included on every order.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Domestic (Germany): 1–3 business days
- Within the EU: 3–8 business days
- Rest of the world: up to 14 business days
Please note that international delivery times are estimated and may vary due to customs processing and local postal services. We cannot guarantee delivery within these timeframes but will do our best to ensure prompt dispatch.
Customs & Import Duties For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties and import taxes may apply upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over customs charges and are unable to predict their amount. We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
Tracking Your Order Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with your DHL tracking number. You can track your order directly on the DHL website at dhl.com.
Lost or Delayed Orders If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe please contact us at catsamdesign@gmail.com and we will investigate with DHL on your behalf.
