Shipping We dispatch all orders from Germany within 3 business days via DHL with full tracking included on every order.
Estimated delivery times:
- Domestic (Germany): 1–3 business days
- Within the EU: 3–8 business days
- Rest of the world: up to 14 business days — please note that international delivery times may vary due to customs processing and local postal services
Please note that customs duties and import taxes for deliveries outside the EU are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over customs charges and cannot predict their amount.
Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers) As an EU consumer you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right please contact us at catsamdesign@gmail.com within this period.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal we will reimburse the full purchase price including standard delivery charges within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. Return shipping costs are your responsibility and must be covered by you.
Returns & Refunds Outside of the statutory right of withdrawal, we accept returns within 14 calendar days of delivery for unworn items in their original condition.
Custom or personalised pieces are exempt from the right of withdrawal and cannot be returned unless faulty.
In cases where you received a different item than ordered or your order arrived damaged or faulty, we will cover both the return shipping costs and refund the full purchase price including original shipping.
Under EU consumer law you are entitled to a 2-year legal guarantee on all products. If your item is faulty or not as described you have the right to a repair, replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
